Being an acoustic act doesn't mean that you have to sing soft sappy love songs, not that there's anything wrong with that. All I'm trying to do is push the envelope a little and help people understand that an artist can do more with the acoustic guitar than sing a protest song or complain about love lost.

Really excited about my show this Sunday. It's at The Bitter End in NYC. If you're a folkie or an acoustic player, this is THE spot. I go on at 7:15 EST. The Bitter End is located at 147 Bleeker Street NYC. What's that, you say, you can't make it to NYC before Sunday? Don't worry, I got the hook-up. Hey everyone, hope alls well with you guys. You might have noticed that I haven't logged in in a while. What gives? I've been busy at work with my new band, Drive Texas. I just set up a page on Fuzz for us and posted a few tunes.

We just recorded on Saturday and hopefully those tracks will be ready for your consumption soon.

That's a great description of an acoustic act. Have you ever heard P.W. Long's "We Didn't See You On Sunday"? That's a pretty great example of that, too. I will try to check out your show online on Sunday, but I have a 4 yr. old so it might only be for a few minutes....
